After his death, the house in which the artist lived in Bodrum for the last years of his life was transformed into Zeki Müren Peş Museum by the order of the Ministry of Culture and was opened to the public on 8 June 2000.
Tekrar 1949’da, ilk şarkısı ve akrostişi “Zehretme bana varlıkı cananım“ı besteledi. Bu şarkı İstanbul Radyosu‘nda Suzan Güven aracılığıyla “Bursalı Zeki Müren’in acemkürdi şarkısı…”anonsuyla okunduğunda, 17 yaşında bir ortaöğretim öğrencisiydi.
1950 yılında İstanbul Radyosu'nun açmış evetğu sınava giren Zeki Müren, radyonun canlı yayınlarından birisine beklmış ve orada ilk konserini vermiştir. Bu konser geniş kitleler tarafından beğenilince, radyo programlarındaki bu konserler 15 yıl boyunca sürmüştür.
Türk müziğinin kızıl seslerini dinleyicileriyle buluşturma amacıyla yola çıkmış olan Radyo Diva, kötüsıyla tatlısıyla dinlediğimiz ve dinlemeye devam ettiğimiz bu özel sesleri tığ dinleyicilerine sunmayı namına ammaç edinmiştir.
